How to Make Handmade Paper Introduction:
Paper making has been around since the DAWN OF TIME (about 2,000 years).

The paper making process has been altered many times since 105 A.D. when Ts'ai Lun, a Chinese court official, invented paper. In all probability, Ts'ai mixed mulberry bark, hemp and rags with water, mashed it into a coarse pulp, squeezed out the liquid, and hung the thin mats to dry in the sun. Consequently paper making began humanity's greatest revolution in communications.

Where would we be at without paper? The majority of the information that we have absorbed in the past fifty years has been in written form. What could be more fun than making your own paper by recycling materials from around your home. Everyone can easily benefit from this even those of you who make your own DIY Zines (Stolen Sharpie Revolution: A DIY Zine Resource).

Stuff You Need To Find Around Your Home To Make Paper:

Water
Paper Bits or Shredded Jeans
A Sponge
A Blender
Felt Squares
A tub (ex: big tub aware container)
Mold & Deckle ( Requires some creativity)

What's a Mold & Deckle?
The mold is the screen that you'll use to pull your sheets of paper. The deckle is an empty frame that sits on top of the mold to give your paper a shape and nice straight lines. You can buy these at any art supply store or you can make your own. Option A: Get some stretcher bars and use a staple gun to attach a screen to the frame. Staple it all around the frame while keeping it taut. The side with the screen on top is the side that you will use for pulling the sheets of paper.Get some small stretcher bars to make the deckle that will sit on top of the mold frame. Remember that a deckle is just an empty frame.

Option B: For the mold use an intact window screen.

Option C: For the mold use a picture frame and staple gun a screen to it.

Now that you have gathered your supplies lets make some paper!! :>)

Step 1: Shred up some paper, about 1 cup worth and put this in the blender along with 3 cups of water to make the pulp. This is just a rough estimate, you want a pulp that is almost liquid but more of a watery-goo.( You can also make pulp from an old pair of jeans just make sure they are shredded into tiny, tiny pieces. Jeans are mostly used to make construction paper.)Step 2: Fill up your tub about half way with your blended pulp.You will need a lot of pulp! (Make sure that the mold and deckle will fit in your tub.) Stir the mixture around with your hand so no paper settles at the bottom or floats.Step 3: Here is the fun part!! Take your mold with the screen side on top and place the deckle(empty frame) on top. Then what you want to do is slowly place the mold & deckle in the tub. You will want to first, place it vertically in the tub and slide it into the pulp so it will lay flat at the bottom. (Always keeping the frames touching the bottom of the tub when sliding.) You should stand at the left of the tub and slide the frame towards you.
You can also pour the pulp onto the screen but make sure to still have a tub to catch the excess.
Step 4: Now you want to pull the mold & deckle straight up out of the pulpy solution. The screen filters a lot of the liquid and you are left with fibrous material covering the screen.
Step 5: Place the frame on a flat surface. I usually place a screen over the pulp and press the water out with a sponge. Remove the loose piece of screen and flip the mold over onto a piece of felt. Now take the sponge and vigorously press it against the back of the screen to remove the damp piece of paper you have just made by lifting the mold up. If it doesn't come off then you either have to much fibber or not enough. (Repeat steps 3-5 until consistency of paper is evenly produced.) If it comes out correctly you can let it dry on a flat surface or hang it up out in the sun to dry. And there you have it, your own homemade paper. You can use food coloring if you want to have different shades of paper.

This is the coolest thing that I have been able to make at home and use on my"BANANAS" besides a homemade Flesh Light. I think you will enjoy making your own homemade tattoo gun, do what you will with this information cause its time to get Chinese eyes!!OUCH!!

What You Will Need: (Purchased for under $10 at your local Wally-World)

Crest Spin-Brush pro
Mechanical pencil
11 gauged Guitar String (Ernie Ball)
Light Grade Oil (The oil that comes with a beard trimmer)
Hook Screw
Needle Noses Pliers w/ Wire Cutter
Electrical Tape
Razor Blade
Mechanical Pencil
Ink
Banana or (stupid friend)jk

Instructions: Watch the video at the bottom if you want to see how its made.

Take the toothbrush head off of the toothbrush.

Take the mechanical pencil apart keeping the head and eraser..

Slice the eraser in half with the razor blade.

Snipe a piece of guitar string with the wire cutters 2 to 3 inches long.

Take the needle nosed pliers and bend a 1/8",to a 90 degree angle

Use the hook screw to drill a hole through the eraser; remember to cut it in half.

Take the string and put it threw the hole.

Now oil the end piece of the toothbrush; put the eraser in the toothbrush tip and make sure everything fits correctly.

Now, take the top of the mechanical pencil, and slide the string threw the hole.

And tape it with electrical tape in place.

Finally, Cut the string with the wire cutters, at a 45 degree angle, and there you have it.

Now you have a Home Made Tattoo Gun!!!

Just don't go tattooing all of your friends Bananas!!

D.I.Y. Home Made Fire Ball

WARNING 18+ :With this trick up your sleeve you could really stimulate peoples libidos. It's an amazing craft to get into, Fire Breathing. Okay what you have to do is gather these items.
MATERIALS:
Old T-Shirt (100% Cotton)
Lighter Fluid
Scissors
Cotton String and Needle

First, take the t-shirt and cut a 2"x5" piece out with the scissors. Now roll the cloth into a very tight ball. Then you must thread the cotton string through this tight unborn fireball and do this twice with 5 feet of string. Take the string and wrap it around the fireball as many times as it takes to almost us all of the string. Now thread the cotton string back through the fireball and cut any excess.

Your best method of applying the light fluid is by squirting it onto the ball and dampen the cloth completely. Wipe your hands before you light it. Wouldn't want to be burnt, would you?

HOW TO OPEN A MASTER COMBINATION LOCK.

How do you get those Master combination locks open when you've
lost the combination? I found this file on a BBS and re-edited it to
make sense. There was no reference to an author, so he will remain
forever unknown.

The Master Lock Company has made this kind of lock with a built
in protection device. When you pull the shank of the lock (the part
that springs open when you have given the lock the correct
combination), the combination dial will not turn. That failure to
rotate provides the key to being able to open a Master combination
lock once you have forgotten the combination (something we are all
prone to do!). There are three (3) numbers to a Master combination
lock. You might want to get out a lock to understand easier.

To determine the first number:

Grasp the shank and gently pull on it. Do not pull it too hard
or the dial will not turn at all! While pulling on the shank, rotate
the dial to the LEFT until it will not rotate any further. Read the
number under the index. Add 5 to this number and you have determined
the first of the three numbers.

To determine the second number:

Relax the pressure on the shank and turn the dial completely
around three to four times to the left. Rotate the dial to the right
to the first number you determined. Then rotate the dial further to
the right, bypassing the number once. When you have bypassed your
first number, again gently begin pulling the shank and continue
rotating the dial. It will eventually fall into a "groove" and the
dial will cease to rotate. While in the groove, pull on shank and
turn the dial. If the dial is lose and feels sloppy, go to the next
groove. If the know will not rotate at all then you have determined
the second number.

To determine the third number:

After getting the second number, relax the pressure on the shank
and re-spin the dial. Then enter the first two numbers. After the
second number, go to the right and at all the numbers give the handle
a pull. The lock will eventually open if you did it right. If you
can't do it the first time, be patient. Lock picking is not learned
